Privacy and enquiry information
We collect your email and party details as a booking enquiry when you enter a valid email, even if you do not complete checkout. We use this to answer and follow up your enquiry. This is not a subscription to marketing announcements.
Bookings and operations
If you book, we also collect your name, phone, delivery and billing addresses, event date, selected kit, accepted terms, payment reference and operational records. Shared portal checklist progress, early access and return tracking are stored against your booking. The owner records return inspections and may attach photos of equipment.
Square handles card details through its secure card form. We do not store your card number or CVV. Payment tokens and provider references are held privately to recover interrupted checkout. Cloudflare hosts the application and database; Google Gmail is used for booking emails when configured. These providers may process information outside Australia.
Your private portal
Anyone with your private link can use available lessons, update the party checklist, unlock early access and submit return tracking. Share it only with your party. Contact and billing addresses, private payment details and owner notes are hidden from this shared view.
Questions and requests
Email cocktails@trapadl.com to ask about your information, correct it, or request deletion of an unfinished enquiry. Booking and payment records may need to be retained for business and legal obligations. The owner reviews these requests. We do not publish your contact details or sell the enquiry list.
The browser retains an unfinished checkout attempt in session storage so a reload can recover the same payment. Signing out clears the admin password from memory. Infrastructure security logs may record request metadata; the application does not log card data or private portal tokens.
